Charlotte Bobcats +2 at home versus the Toronto Raptors

I am going with the desperate team here that is surging with confidence off of 3 straight road wins out west, one of those being the Lakers. The Bobcats have 45 losses and trail the Hawks by 5 games in their quest to be expunged by the Celtics in the first round. A loss here would put the kabosh on any chance since they must also overtake the Nets, Bulls and Pacers. The Raptors spread their defensive legs against the Hornets on Sunday as New Orleans shot 60% from the field in besting Toronto by 7, though the final score was not indicative of victors’ domination. The Bobcats are rested and desperate and should manage to keep their hopes on a respirator.

Results: We do not cover on the Bobcats, but it was a close game.

New Resolution: After betting $50 in the slots in the Fireside Lounge at the Peppermill Hotel and Casino in Reno and being treated badly during the happy hour tonight, I resolve NEVER EVER to play slots in the Peppermill again. I just wanted a tomato juice from the bar. I will just play my free play from this point on. The bartender did me a favor, the slots seem very tight now at the Peppermill anyways. Thanks barkeep.
